By accessing or using NursePass AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Educational & Simulation Use
NursePass AI provides test preparation and educational simulation software. While our AI models achieve 99.4% accuracy based on past NCSBN and Pearson VUE data, NursePass is an independent prep provider and is not officially affiliated with NCSBN, Pearson VUE, or OET unless explicitly stated.
3. User Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically according to your selected monthly or annual plan. You may cancel at any time prior to the renewal date via your account settings.
